North Korea of Kim Jong Un achieved to launch an artificial Earth stellite by a ICBM in the southern direction from the site Tong Chang Ri. But if they launch a ICBM in the northern direction, then it can reach to NYC, Wash. D.C., etc.
A Japanese TV news announced so.
Therefore, Obama Administration should behave carefully henceforward, not doing a military provocation together with South Korean corps.
